Introduction to Dryzone E60C-600 Drying Oven

The E60 series is an automatic ultra-low humidity dry cabinet, maintaining a stable temperature of 60°C and humidity below 1% RH. This model is specially designed to comply with J-STD-033 for the storage of moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs).

Features of Dryzone E60C-600 Drying Oven

Wide Application in Floor Life Restoration: Moisture-sensitive SMD packages that have been exposed to air and exceeded their floor life should be stored in the oven to reset the floor life. For example, MSD components classified as level 4, 5, and 5a can be stored in the dry cabinet if they have been exposed for less than eight hours to reset the floor life.
Labor Saving: SMD packages shipped in low-temperature racks should not be baked in high-temperature ovens (above 40°C) as this can deform the racks. When stored in the Dryzone oven, operators do not need to remove the SMD packages the thermally safer racks, saving on labor costs and eliminating the risk of rack damage.
Modular Design: The dry cabinet is designed in a modular form. The main modules include the display controller, power box, dehumidifier, shelves, wheels, and cables, all of which are easily replaceable.
Green Design: The dry cabinet's performance can be upgraded simply by replacing the modules, minimizing waste and preventing environmental pollution. The old modules can be collected and sent back to the manufacturer. Dryzone dry cabinets can be used as long as the cabinet structure remains in good condition, extending the product’s lifespan 10 to 20 years. Thousands of our dry cabinets have been in use for more than 20 years.
